Sheila in Capitol to Fight Cuts

For Sheila, demonstrating on the steps of the Capitol for education is nothing new.  She's been doing it for years.  But when a couple of dozen other county superintendents leave the safety and comfort of their desks, travel to Sacramento, and stand in the cold weather outside the government offices, you know the crisis is serious.
